Fried Eggs with Ranch Sauce

Here is the second recipe made by my friend Dulce, she prepared this for breakfast. This recipe is very easy, cheap, quick and very delicious, you can serve it with some beans or fried beacon on the side, also you can complete your breakfast with fresh fruit or fresh squeezed juice.

It is perfect for any day of the week, enjoy!

Fried Eggs with Ranch Sauce

· Ingredients:

(4 servings)

8 tortillas

8 eggs

** Ranch sauce

2 small tomatoes

¼ of a small onion

1 clove of garlic minced

2 o 3 chilies

Salt and pepper for seasoning

Cooking oil

· Procedure:

Roast the tomatoes on a pan without oil, once they’re ready retire the skin, the seeds and dice them.

Chop the onion and the chilies.

On another pan add some oil and sauté the tomatoes, the onion, the garlic and the chilies, season it and let it cook perfectly. Remove from the fire and reserve.

Fry the tortillas very well until you obtain toasts, be careful of not burning them.

On a different pan fry the eggs as you like.

To serve, place a fried egg on each tortilla and cover with the ranch sauce still hot.
